Not at all. Most of our clients provide gate access and we complete the work while they are at work. We notify you when we arrive and when we finish, and we always clean up before leaving.
Light rain does not stop us. However, if conditions make work unsafe or would damage your lawn, we reschedule to the next available day at no extra charge. Regular clients are prioritised for rescheduling.
All clippings, branches, and debris are removed from your property as part of our standard service. We dispose of green waste responsibly through licensed facilities that compost or mulch the material.
Absolutely. We understand that needs change. Regular clients can adjust their service frequency, skip visits during holidays, or add one-off services at any time with 48 hours notice.
